Social event

The social event is a cruise dinner on the two rivers of Lyon: the Rhône and the Saone, onboard of the Hermès cruise. It will be a 3h cruise where the most emblematic places of Lyon will be seen, from the Nautic Center of Lyon to the famous Ille Barbe, in the North of the city. The menu is the following:

Entrance: cooked eggs with salad

Main dish (to choose):

1. Beef cake with cooked vegetables - salad

2. Salmon in "blanquette" sauce - white rice

3. Duck steak - polenta in sweet-ager sauce

Desserts (to choose):

1. Chocolat mousse

2. Fruits cake (mango, apricot, raspberry, pistachio)
